Tonight we are having a special Singapore night for our family. They were so good about taking care of our house while we were gone we are going to have a special dinner for them. We are going to have spring rolls, fish ball soup, chicken and rice with cucumber, possibly sweet and sour pork with peppers and onions....might have to be pepper steak instead, chinese broccoli and greens and for dessert glutinous rice balls....If nothing else it will be a learning experience for them!! Charley has a special Chinese outfit that was given to him that he will wear.
Should be a great time!!
